Steel Components for Foldable & Collapsible Plywood Boxes

Attribute:

Steel strips for nailless crates are designed for assembling and reinforcing plywood packaging boxes without the need for nails. The steel strips provide strong and secure connections between plywood panels, allowing the crates to be easily assembled, folded, and handled for industrial and export packaging applications.

Steel Components for Foldable & Collapsible Plywood Boxes
Our Steel Strips and Fasteners for Nailless Plywood Crates are designed for assembling plywood crates using plywood panels with a maximum thickness of 8 mm.

The steel components are securely fixed to the plywood panels, allowing each panel to be assembled into a complete crate by interlocking the steel strips with the corresponding steel fasteners. This system provides a convenient and secure alternative to conventional nailed wooden crates.

The finished crates are lightweight yet capable of supporting heavy loads. They can be disassembled or folded when not in use, helping reduce storage and transportation space. The components can also be reused, helping customers reduce long-term packaging costs.

Custom-Made Sizes
Custom sizes can be manufactured according to customer requirements.

Customers can provide the required external dimensions (W × L × H) of the crate, based on a plywood thickness of up to 8 mm, and we can manufacture the steel components accordingly.

Crate Assembly Service
We also provide a crate assembly service.

Customers may supply their own pre-cut and edge-finished plywood panels for us to assemble with our steel components. Alternatively, we can provide a complete packaging solution, including plywood sourcing, cutting to the required dimensions, installation of the steel components, and final crate assembly.

Two Types of Nailless Plywood Crates
1. Buckle Box
Required Components:
Steel Strip + Male Buckle

Features:
The Buckle Box is designed for quick and convenient assembly and disassembly. The side panels are connected by interlocking the Steel Strip with the Male Buckle, allowing the crate to be easily taken apart when not in use.

The separated panels require less storage space and are convenient for return transportation or reuse.

Compared with the Foldable Box, the Buckle Box is generally quicker and easier to assemble, as its side panels use a simpler interlocking connection system.

2. Foldable Box
Required Components:
Steel Strip + Double-Hole Connector + Male Buckle

Features:
The Foldable Box is designed so that the side panels remain connected and can be folded flat for compact storage and transportation. The side panels are joined using Double-Hole Connectors, which allow the panels to function as folding sections of the crate.

Compared with the Buckle Box, the Foldable Box requires more precise preparation and assembly of the side panels. The plywood must be cut and positioned correctly to accommodate the folding angle and ensure smooth folding and proper alignment when the crate is assembled.

Key Benefits
No-Nail Assembly • Lightweight • High Load Capacity • Reusable • Space-Saving • Easy Storage • Reduced Return-Transport Volume • Custom-Made Sizes • Suitable for Export Packaging
